I recently used Orbit World Travel for my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
