I recently used a product from this company to address biofilm issues in my water system. While the product seemed to have some effect in reducing biofilm, I found that it required frequent reapplication to maintain results. Additionally, the customer service was responsive but lacked detailed knowledge about the product. The website was informative, but I would have liked to see more scientific data supporting the product's effectiveness. Overall, the product did help in managing biofilm to some extent, but I was hoping for a more long-lasting solution with better support.
