I recently took a course with this training company and found it to be an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the course material is comprehensive. However, I felt that the delivery of the content was a bit dry and could have been more engaging. The instructor was knowledgeable, but they lacked enthusiasm which made the learning experience somewhat dull. The overall organization of the course was good, but I expected more interactive elements to keep me engaged. Additionally, the customer service was responsive to my queries, but the follow-up could have been more proactive. In conclusion, the company is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of enhancing the learning experience for students.
