Just had a 😐 experience with Xsol. Their website was easy to navigate, but I was disappointed with their customer service. I contacted them several times with inquiries, but it took an average of 2 days to get a response. The lack of promptness made me feel neglected as a customer. Additionally, their products were also average in quality. They did the job, but nothing stood out as exceptional. On the positive side, their prices were reasonable and the shipping was fast. Overall, Xsol is an average company that needs improvement in their communication and product quality. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to enhance their services.
