The outdoor furniture I purchased from IMC Outdoor Living is just average. It serves its purpose, but the quality is nothing exceptional. The ordering process and delivery were fine, no complaints there. However, the customer service could have been more friendly and responsive. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I wouldn't consider it outstanding.
