I recently flew with this airline and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The check-in process was efficient and the staff were friendly. The flight itself was average - nothing particularly outstanding but no major issues either. The in-flight service was acceptable, although I felt that the food and beverage options could have been improved. The aircraft was clean and the seats were comfortable enough for the duration of the flight. The only downside was some minor delays, which were not communicated clearly. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
