I recently purchased some home decor items from this company's website. The selection was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for to spruce up my living room. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about the delay. They were helpful and apologetic, but I still wish the process had been smoother. 🖼️ Despite this, the quality of the products was good, and they added a touch of elegance to my home. I’d rate my experience as average, and although I love the items I purchased, the shipping delay was a downside.
