I recently purchased a drone from this company and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of drones to choose from. However, the customer service was lacking. I had a few questions about the product and it took multiple attempts to get a response. In terms of delivery, it was on time and the package arrived in good condition. As for the quality of the product itself, it was satisfactory but not outstanding. The drone seemed to work fine, but there were a few minor issues with the remote control. Overall, I think this company has potential but needs to improve their customer service and product quality to truly stand out in the market.
