I've been using h1ls for a while now, and I have to say, their laundry service is average. The pickup and delivery process is convenient, but sometimes there are delays. The quality of the cleaning is decent, but I have noticed a few instances where my clothes came back with wrinkles. Overall, an okay service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
