I recently had my home insulated and chose this company to do the job. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. 😊 However, I was disappointed with the response time. It took a few days to hear back after submitting the online inquiry. 😔 On the day of installation, the workers arrived on time and were professional. 👍👷‍♀️ The insulation process itself went smoothly and the workers cleaned up after themselves. 😊 However, I expected a bit more attention to detail. There were some small areas in the attic where insulation was missing. 👎 Overall, my home does feel more insulated and energy-efficient, but the experience could have been better. 😐 I would consider using this company again but would hope for improved communication and attention to detail in the future.
