I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I must say, they are average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, their customer service could be better. There have been a few instances where I had an issue with my order and it took quite a bit of time to get it resolved. Other than that, they are alright.
