I've been a loyal customer of Xtend Pilates for a few years now and I must say that it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and make every class enjoyable. The studio has a great atmosphere and the workouts are challenging but also fun. Xtend Pilates has helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. I can't recommend it enough!
