I recently used this company's parking services and it was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly smooth. However, I must admit that I expected better customer service. 😕 The staff at the parking lot seemed disinterested and weren't very helpful when I had a question. 🤷‍♀️ Also, the parking spaces were quite cramped, making it difficult to park and maneuver my vehicle. 🚙 On the positive side, the location was convenient and the prices were reasonable. 🌟 Overall, my experience was average. I would consider using this company again in the future if I couldn't find a better option, but they definitely have room for improvement in terms of customer service and parking space arrangements.
