I recently purchased a pair of boots from Boot world and I have mixed feelings about my purchase. On one hand, the boots are quite comfortable and seem to be made of high-quality materials. On the other hand, the sizing was a bit off and it took a while for the customer service team to respond to my issue. Overall, I would say that Boot world is an average company with room for improvement.
