I recently used the services of this company and found the experience to be decent. The website was informative and easy to navigate. However, I was expecting a bit more personalized attention from the consultants. The overall service was average, and I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of customer interaction. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but the communication could have been more proactive. On the positive side, the company's expertise was evident, and the solutions provided were effective. I believe with a bit more focus on customer service, the company has potential to be great. Overall, it was an okay experience. 😐
