As a customer of Diggerland USA, I would say that it is an average company. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the attractions were not as exciting as I expected. The prices were reasonable, but some of the rides were not properly maintained. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't consider it exceptional.
