I recently placed an order for books on their website and overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the titles I was looking for without any difficulty. However, the checkout process was a bit confusing, and I encountered some issues with the payment method. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the problem, but the entire process took longer than expected. The delivery of my order was on time, and the packaging was secure. 📚 Overall, my experience was average. I appreciate the selection of books, but I hope they can improve the payment process to make it more user-friendly.
