As a customer, I would rate NBC Bank as excellent. The level of service provided by their staff is really impressive. I have been banking with them for several years now and I have never had any issues. The online banking facility is user-friendly and secure. The rates offered on their savings accounts are also competitive. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with NBC Bank and would highly recommend them.
