I recently stayed at a hotel in Costa Rica and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about the hotel and its amenities. However, upon arrival, I found the hotel to be quite basic and lacking in certain areas. The rooms were clean, but the decor seemed outdated and the furniture was worn. I was disappointed with the limited dining options available, as the restaurant on-site didn't offer much variety. The staff was friendly, but I felt that their level of service could have been improved. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my stay was decent, but there were definitely areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
