The experience I had with Kötrans logistics gmbh & co. kg was average. The delivery of my package was delayed by a day which was quite inconvenient. However, the package arrived safely and in good condition. The customer service was also decent, although I had to wait on hold for a while before speaking to a representative. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst either.
