I recently used Nicholstone for their services and found their products to be average. Although the quality was satisfactory, the customer service lacked personal touch and attention to detail. The delivery was also delayed, which was disappointing. However, the variety of products offered was impressive, and the website was user-friendly. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better value for the money. Overall, the experience was okay, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and timely delivery.
