I recently had the opportunity to work with a management services company and overall, my experience was average. The company's website provided a good amount of information about their services and expertise. However, the navigation on the website was a bit clunky and it took me some time to find the specific information I was looking for.

When I reached out to the company via email, their response time was adequate and they were able to address my inquiries. However, I felt that their communication could have been more proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process.

In terms of the services provided, they were satisfactory and met my expectations. The team was knowledgeable and able to provide useful insights and recommendations. However, I did feel that their attention to detail could have been better, as I noticed a few minor errors in the deliverables provided.
