I've had an average experience with Thomas J. Hastings Properties, Inc. Their customer service was decent, but not exceptional. The staff was polite and helpful, but I found them to be a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. The overall quality of their properties was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would say that they are an average company to deal with.
