I recently had the opportunity to visit this orthopedic clinic for a recurring knee issue. The staff at this clinic were quite professional and friendly. They were prompt in scheduling my appointment and the waiting time was relatively short. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive examination. However, I felt that the overall experience was just average. The clinic lacked a welcoming atmosphere and the waiting area could have been more comfortable. Additionally, the billing process was a bit confusing and it took a while to resolve the issue. While the treatment I received was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience. Overall, my visit to this orthopedic clinic was decent, but not exceptional.
