My experience with Groupe SMA has been mixed. While the rates are competitive, the claims process was a bit cumbersome. However, the customer service is top-notch and they always address any concerns I have. The policy options are comprehensive and the website is easy to navigate. I would recommend Groupe SMA to others, but with the caveat that the claims process can be a bit frustrating.
