I've tried various yoga studios, but Hot Yoga Plus stands out from the rest. The classes are challenging yet rewarding, and the instructors are skilled and attentive. The non-heated classes are a great option for those who prefer a milder workout. I enjoy the variety of classes and the different styles of yoga offered. Hot Yoga Plus has become my go-to place for expanding my yoga practice!
