I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Secure in motion and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about the company's offerings. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few queries and it took quite some time to receive a response. Additionally, the response I received was not very helpful and seemed rushed. On the positive side, the product I purchased was of decent quality and arrived on time. The pricing was also reasonable compared to other similar companies. However, I believe that Secure in motion could greatly improve their customer service in order to provide a more satisfactory experience for their customers.
