As a local business owner in Arlington Heights, I recently joined the local chamber of commerce to boost my business network. While I appreciate the effort put into creating a website for the chamber, I must say it left me wanting more. The navigation feels a bit clunky, making it difficult to find the information I need. Additionally, the lack of an updated events calendar is disappointing. It would be helpful to have a centralized place to stay informed about local business events and networking opportunities.

On a positive note, the personal interactions with the chamber staff have been pleasant. They are always friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries. However, I would appreciate more proactiveness in reaching out to new members and providing resources and support.

Overall, my experience with the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce has been average. With some improvements to their website and more proactive engagement with members, they have the potential to become a valuable resource for local businesses.
