I recently purchased a painting from Pomelo art and I have mixed feelings about it. The artwork itself is beautiful and the colors are vibrant. However, I found the price to be a bit on the higher side. Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected and there was a small dent on the frame. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue and offered a partial refund. I appreciate their efforts but I hope they can improve their quality control and shipping process.
