I have been a customer of České přístavy, a.s. for several years now and I must say, their services are average at best. While they do get the job done, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to customer inquiries. Overall, I am satisfied with their services, but I believe they can do better.
