I recently had our kitchen remodel done by this construction company. The website was informative, explaining the services and showcasing past projects. The initial consultation went smoothly, with the staff being knowledgeable and professional. However, the actual construction process took longer than estimated, causing some inconvenience. The quality of work was decent, but there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. The customer service during this phase was satisfactory, as they were responsive to our concerns. Overall, the experience was average. It’s a good option if you’re not in a rush and are willing to overlook minor hiccups for an acceptable end result. 🙂
