I recently purchased a set of chairs from this company's website and I was quite pleased with the selection available. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery, and I found the customer service to be a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. The quality of the chairs was decent, but not outstanding. I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and product quality. Overall, I would rate this company's experience as average. I hope they can work on their customer service and product quality to elevate the customer experience. 😊
