As a customer, I had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, the services provided were satisfactory, and the website design was visually appealing. However, there were some issues with communication and responsiveness. 🤔 While the staff was friendly, there seemed to be a lack of clear and prompt updates on the progress of my project. This made me feel somewhat disconnected from the process. Additionally, I encountered some technical difficulties with the website after its launch, which required more follow-up than I anticipated. Overall, my impression is that the company has potential, but there is room for improvement in their customer service and post-launch support.
