I have been a customer of So.did.we for several years now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the information is organized well, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The response time for customer support can be slow at times and their refund policy is not clear. Overall, the experience has been satisfactory, but I believe there is potential for them to do better.
