I recently had a medical consultation with a doctor from the Health & Family Welfare Department. The experience was satisfactory as the doctor listened to my concerns patiently and provided me with the necessary guidance. However, I feel that the department can improve their website by making it more user-friendly. It would have been better if the website had more updated information and resources.
