I had an average experience with Us Paris. The website was easy to use and I was able to book my hotel without any issues. However, I encountered some difficulties with their customer service team. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and the overall level of service was not as expected. Nonetheless, I was ultimately able to complete my booking and had a decent stay in Paris.
