I recently had a procedure done at a different hospital and it was a nightmare. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the facilities were dirty. But when I went to Grand Island Regional Medical Center, it was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and modern. I felt well taken care of and would definitely choose this hospital again if needed.
