I recently engaged with this tech company for some IT solutions, and overall, the experience was fairly average. The customer service was prompt and polite, but the communication about the progress of the project could have been better. The quality of the work delivered was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that the value for money could have been slightly better. In terms of meeting deadlines, they were generally on time, but there were a few instances where there were delays. Overall, it's a decent company to work with, but there is certainly room for improvement in various aspects of their service.
