I have been using Softtools sas for a couple of months now and I must say it has been an average experience so far. The website is easy to navigate and the overall functionality is good. However, there are a few bugs that need to be fixed. The customer support is responsive but sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. Overall, I would rate Softtools sas as average.
