My experience with Suburban Shopper has been a mixed bag. While some aspects of their service are great, I have encountered a few issues along the way. The website is easy to use and the product selection is good. However, the shipping can be slow at times and I have received items that were not as described. Customer service was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still a hassle. Overall, I would say that Suburban Shopper is an average company.
