I recently booked a trip with Canadian globetrotters inc. and I must say it was average. The customer service was good, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the tour guide could have been more knowledgeable and the accommodations were just okay. I would consider using them again but with lower expectations.
