I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brac Tanzania Finance Limited and I must say my experience was average. The customer service representatives were helpful but not overly attentive. The loan application process was quick and easy, however, the interest rates were a bit higher than I expected. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
