My experience with Trans Europe Express was not very satisfactory. The train was old and overcrowded, making the journey quite uncomfortable. The customer service was also disappointing as the staff seemed unresponsive to passengers' concerns. However, the fares were affordable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
