I recently purchased a solar system from a company I found online. The installation process was smooth and the quality of the product seems good so far. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of communication from the company. I had to constantly follow up to get updates on the progress and it made the whole experience a bit frustrating. Overall, I'm happy with the solar system itself, but I wish the company was better at keeping their customers informed.
