I have been a customer of ON24 for a while now and...

I have been a customer of ON24 for a while now and I must say, their services are average. They provide a decent platform for webinars and virtual events, but there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface could be more intuitive and their customer support sometimes takes a while to respond. Overall, I would rate ON24 as an average company.
