I recently had the opportunity to use this lift services company to repair my home elevator, and overall, it was an average experience. The technicians were knowledgeable and arrived on time, which was appreciated. However, I found the communication with the office staff to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach someone and get the necessary information. The pricing was on par with other companies in the industry, although I would have liked to see more transparency in the breakdown of costs. The repairs were completed adequately, and my elevator is now functioning as expected. While my experience was not exceptional, I would consider using this company again if I needed lift services in the future.
