I have been a customer of Konnektd for a few months now and I must say that their service is average. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read online, but the reality has been a bit disappointing. While their website is easy to use and navigate, the quality of the customer support leaves much to be desired. I have encountered several issues with my subscription and it took a long time to get them resolved. However, I do appreciate the affordable pricing and the range of features offered by Konnektd.
