I had a mixed experience with FISCHER USA, Inc. The company website fischerspindle.com was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not satisfactory. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
