The customer service was satisfactory, with the staff being polite and responsive to my queries. However, I didn't feel any personalized attention or effort to go above and beyond. The purchasing process was smooth, and the delivery of the vehicle was on time. While I didn't have any major complaints, I also didn't have any outstanding reasons to highly recommend this company.
