I have been living in a South Portland Housing Authority property for over a year now and I must say that the experience has been average. The maintenance team is responsive and they address the issues promptly. The rent is reasonable considering the location. However, there have been some issues with the security in the past which was a major concern. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
